Badge of Honour – How important is yours?
Using the QFES ‘Badge of Honour”’, describing what it does for an organization, e.g. unity, history, wisdom etc, and connecting it to the need for each organization to ensure that a) it has one and b) they communicate it, use it and promote it as a tool for internal and external communications.
